Shipping Information

At Chill Hill Winery, we take pride in ensuring your wine and cider arrive safely and in great condition. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact us at info@chillhill.net or call us directly at (269) 422-6097.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or hard cider. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. To avoid delays or return fees, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address when possible.

Returned shipments due to failed delivery attempts will incur return and reshipment fees.

We ship all orders via UPS. Once your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

To protect the quality of your beverages, we carefully monitor national weather conditions before shipping. During periods of extreme heat or cold, orders may be placed on a weather hold. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us to help plan accordingly.

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please consider this fulfillment time when placing your order, especially during high-volume seasons or severe weather conditions.

Need to change your delivery address after ordering?

• Redirects within the same state may be possible

• Redirects across state lines are prohibited by law
   
• Redirects are not guaranteed
   
• A $15 redirect fee may apply

UPS will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the following charges will apply:

• A $25 return fee
   
• Standard shipping charges to resend the package
   

To avoid this, please contact us before the third delivery attempt if you foresee an issue with receiving your order.
